I fell absolutely in love with this and am so going to try to make this, pictures will be coming soon of my DIY adventures!

Saving Space

1) A super cool idea if you live in a small home and are in desperate need of shelving!
2) An awesome way of convenient storage and footrest/storage all wrapped into one thing, it would cause a little more work but totally worth it especially if on a tight budget and are living in a small space!
3) Proof that small spaces can be fun! Taking a simple day bed and making it a nice spot to lounge with friends during the day, but a great place for a slumber at night.

DIY 'Headboard'

Since my friend who's redoing her room doesn't have a headboard and some furniture can cost SO much, so when we saw this I instantly thought, hang it against a dark, rich, purple wall, about at the halfway point of the bed and perfecto! Super cute headboard, and possibly a night light. We have no idea how hard it is to make, but we are going to try, and I'll post all the steps to making it!

Welcome to Blogger!

I just started my new blog, and it's like midnight my time, so I won't be starting any real posts today, or tomorrow, still trying to get used to blogging... it's so much more different than Twitter! LOL. I want to try to post about interior design, DIY decor, ideas for room makeovers, etc. etc.
My best friend is actually getting to redo her room, and i get to help redesign it, so excited! We're having a 'DIY Decor Party' soon, and I hopefully will get pictures of everything we make up on my blog. I'm exhausted, but I'll be posting more soon!
